Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your preferred fragrance and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the secure checkout steps to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, along with other secure payment options displayed at checkout, including Afterpay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at jardaniofficial@jardani.com, quoting your order number.

If your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • New Zealand: 2–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders within New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Any available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

Can I return a fragrance I have tried?

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances unless the product is faulty.

Our Fragrances

Are Jardani fragrances original?

Yes. Jardani fragrances are created exclusively for our brand. Each scent is developed with its own distinctive character and composition.

Are your fragrances for men or women?

Our collection includes fragrances positioned as For Him and For Her, but fragrance is a personal choice. We encourage you to explore the collection and choose the scent that speaks to you.

What is Eau de Parfum?

Eau de Parfum, often abbreviated as EDP, contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils than lighter fragrance formats such as Eau de Toilette. 

Can I try a fragrance before purchasing a full-size bottle?

Yes. Our 2 ml Discovery Vials allow you to experience a Jardani fragrance before choosing a full-size bottle.

Are your fragrances suitable for sensitive skin?

Individual sensitivities can vary. If you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies, we recommend reviewing the ingredients before use and seeking appropriate advice if you are unsure about suitability.

Do your fragrances contain allergens?

As with many fragrances, our perfumes may contain ingredients that can cause sensitivity in some individuals. Please refer to the product packaging for relevant ingredient and allergen information.

Are your products cruelty-free, vegan or halal?

For information regarding our manufacturing standards, sourcing and product suitability, including cruelty-free, vegan or halal considerations, please refer to the individual product information or contact us at jardaniofficial@jardani.com.

Are your fragrances IFRA compliant?

Our fragrances are developed in accordance with applicable fragrance and cosmetic safety requirements. Relevant product documentation, including IFRA documentation where applicable, forms part of our product and manufacturing process.

Using & Caring for Your Fragrance

How should I apply my perfume?

Spray your fragrance onto clean, dry skin from approximately 10–15 cm away, focusing on pulse points such as the wrists and neck. Allow the fragrance to settle naturally rather than rubbing it into the skin.

How should I store my perfume?

Store your perfume upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity and extreme temperatures. Proper storage helps preserve the quality and character of your fragrance.

Can I layer Jardani fragrances?

Yes. Layering is a beautiful way to personalise your fragrance experience. Try applying a lighter or fresher scent first, followed by a deeper fragrance to create your own combination.

How do I use a promotion or discount code?

Enter your promotional code in the designated box at checkout and click Apply. Unless otherwise specified, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
