RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We want you to love your Jardani Perfumes purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened perfumes in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Important: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfume bottles.

Exceptions

We will accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival

• Incorrect items received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos so we can resolve the issue.

How to Return

Before sending a return, please contact us at jardaniofficial@jardani.com to receive return authorisation and instructions.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged, or we have sent you an incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
